How an article gets from idea to the ledger, and how we keep it accurate.
1. Research
Writers start from systematic reviews, clinical guidance and good-quality human studies. See our sources policy.
2. Evidence rating
Each health claim gets a rating: Strong (consistent results from several good human studies), Moderate (promising but limited or mixed) or Early research (small, short, lab or animal studies).
3. Expert review
Articles that make health claims are checked by a qualified reviewer from our experts before publication, and the reviewer is named on the article.
4. Product reviews
We explain how we evaluated each product: the evidence for the product type, safety and certifications, value and hands-on use. Partners never see reviews before publication.
5. Updates and corrections
We revisit articles when the evidence changes and note significant updates. Report an error to editors@thevitalledger.com.
Independence
Sponsored articles are labeled and filed under Partner Insights. They are reviewed for safety but are not written by our editorial team.
